Since 1994, Norbert Niederkofler has been demonstrating his skills at the Hotel Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites. With the opening of the Restaurant St. Hubertus in 1996, he set an important milestone in the history of this outstanding hotel.
For the LINCHPIN.CLUB, he composed a menu of culinary masterpieces of his unlimited repertoire.
