[RECIPE BY TIMO SIITONEN]
Shaken on ice & fine strained
Red currents on top of a big ice cube
Beefeater Gin [infused with white cassis-tea]
red currant juice
Shake all ingredients powerful on solid ice.
Strain into a crystal tumbler.
Topping with a big ice cube and red currant-branch.
In this case the Gin is flavored with white cassis leaves. Pour some leaves into a bottle of Gin and allow to infuse.
